☆ i will always send a video of the item with flash and my user in the background☆ i always try and catch damages before posting a card, but i often times dont see them until i am recording the video. if i notice any damages at any point in the trade i will make sure to lyk !☆ i send packaging and address confirmation before mail out☆ large mail out proof will be a video post on my story otherwise i will dm a send out vid☆ i ask you do the same for all the above! (pc vid, package/address proof, + mail out proof)☆ if you have less than 25 proofs i will ask u to send first☆ i DO NOT write usernames on envelopes! i will always do a number, sticker, or symbol if sending out in a batch☆ i AM NOT okay with my user on the envelope!, also pls dont use any kpop/idol mailing stickers on the outside of packaging (i know usps workers wont mess with the packages, but my mailroom is known to “lose” packages, so better safe than sorry) stickers are still super cute tho so i love seeing them if theyre on the inside packaging☆ i am not responsible for lost/damaged mail after mail out proof is given!

☆ notes extensions…• payment extensions are always my preferred choice compared to refunds !! theyre way easier on both parties (imo), just dm me and we can try and work smth out for an extension 🫂 i am also way more likely to agree to an extension than a refund


☆ notes on refunds…[situation 1] if u need to back out of a sale after i send address proof and envelope is stamped (and before item is sent out!!) i can refund you the amount you paid excluding a $3 fee for waste of packaging + stamp (stampped shipping) or a $3+shipping cost fee (tracked shipping). if the item costed less than the refund fee, the sale will be cancelled and you will not receive money back[situation 2] if u need to do an emergency back out of a go of mine, pls dm me as soon as you realize !! i can help u try to find a replacement / possibly find someone to cover it, but if u dont let me know asap i cant help you as much and am less likely to give a refund[situation 3] if the item is already sent out or it has already arrived to you,
i do not offer refunds in these situations. after an item has been sent out and mailout proof is given, the item is no longer mine and i do not hold any responsibility for it. if you need help making / sharing posts to try and resell the items i am happy to help, but in the end it is up to you

☆ i am still fairly new as a gom so pls be patient with me + lmk if u have any concerns or questions about how i run things ^^☆ most gos are paypal f&f only☆ if you dont have access to paypal f&f i also have venmo, wise, and occasional cc + zelle as payment options. dm me for payment option details!!☆ i do not accept paypal g&s under any circumstance☆ no backouts without finding a replacement !☆ smaller updates such as possible cancellations, small delays, send out dates, or general go updates / notices will be posted to my story and added to my “go notice🎙️” highlight on my profile. everything else is sent through dms / gcs☆ late payments will result in an added fee of $1 for every day without contact for up to 7 days, if there is still no payment nor contact for 7 days after deadline your items will be put back up for claim without refund of any previous payments☆ i do charge a small supplies fee for my gos. it is +$.50 for stamped mail outs and +$1.50 for tracked. the fee will be added into the doms payment section☆ if a go is cancelled, i will usually make a gc or dm joiners in order to notify everyone. if not, there will be a post on my story + the go post will be archived☆ please do not hesitate to dm and communicate with me if you have any questions or concerns! i’d love to answer any questions u have !!☆ i am not responsible for lost/damaged mail after mail out proof is given!
